Liam was getting fussy on the car ride here, so i gave him some yarn from my bag. It amused him greatly for about 10 minutes. It took me longer to rewind the ball. Isabelle and Isaac were good for the better part of the 20 hour car trip.

Liam in the Gypsy Mama Bali Baby Stretch. In the first one, he had fallen asleep on our hike. That is from my perspective with his fuzzy little head and his fist curled up by his face like he was a newborn again. *sigh* I can't believe he is ten months old already.

My handsome hubby. It is so good to be with him again.

They love each other. No really, they do. And yes, Isaac has a black eye. Apparently he inherited his mama's klutzy genes because he tripped over an empty plastic package and fell face first into a big hard plastic tub. Ouch, poor little buddy.

They found a spot in our backyard where they like to play in the dirt. It makes for lots of baths and hours of fun and amusement.

I just thought that this one was cute... his hair is getting so long! Joe wants him to get his first haircut but i am resistant. I want him to stay my little baby forever.

From our back deck. A storm over the mountains at sunset.

The waterfall we hiked to. Joe and his brother John climbed up by it and the kids, Grammie and i watched. It was fantastically beautiful there.

The river we played by in Targhee National Forest, about 10 minutes from our house.

The kids had a ton of fun throwing rocks into the water with Grammie. It is the simple things with them.
In knitting nerd news (Michelle, you'll appreciate this, even though i called you already), i got to go to the lys (local yarn store) this morning without the kiddos. Oh. my. goodness. It was so fantastic. I felt like a little kid in the candy store. Blue Sky, Lorna's Laces, Mountain Colors. A yarn geek's dream. Now you have to come visit, Mooza! We must pet the yarn!
